Minimal Skins, known for their very stripped down and basic Joomla templates has released another, even more minimal Joomla template this month. They are calling it, "A one-pager responsive minimalist joomla template. The easiest way to get a minimalist Joomla template up and running."
The one page template is extremely basic, showing simply an image and areas for listing previous work and contact information.
The new template is listed as available for Joomla 2.5 and is a part of Minimal Skins' basic one-time fee membership which runs $38. According to their website, this includes access to all templates, existing and upcoming, as well as support, updates and exclusive modules.
