This post has been written to help our affiliates benefit by embedding our free tutorials directly on a website. This method can be used for any website, regardless of whether or not that website is powered by Joomla. However if you do have a Joomla powered website, you might prefer to embed the playlist using this alternative method.
Most affiliate products are promoted with a button or text link. However we expect that you will get a much better result by providing some of the product on your own website first. Your customers are more familiar with you than they are with us. By keeping the visitor on your site, they have time to experience our tutorials and are more likely to click-through and buy than if you just included a button. Our entire free course, called The Basics, is available on YouTube and the lessons have been compiled into a playlist. You can embed this playlist on your site and include a button underneath with an affiliate link to our site. Each lesson includes a blurb at the end encouraging viewers to click the button on your site to learn more about Joomla.
Here's what to do:
- Decide if wish to display our Joomla 1.5 tutorials or Joomla 1.6/1.7 tutorials or both.
- Embed the following HTML code on your page:
