"Contact Form" extensions recommended?

0
Can anyone advise me on what are the good extension to accomplish a "Contact us" page that allow me to customize the page image and image locations, in addition to the usual sophisticated fields? I tried the RSFormsPro but the fields all part of the forms, and I find no way to add an image (like my photos, my company logo, etc). on desired position of the page. The extensions directory has bewildered Contacts extension but none seem to achieve my desired "customized image" effect. Any advise here?

Thanks,
Jason

to add the my post, the build-in Contacts module of Joomla is too primitive and the graphic icon for "phone" and "fax" and all that are just overly tiny and not meaningful enough. I need "contact" forms that allow me to add profile images in addition to all the contact fields feature.

    Thanks

The extension that I use most is Blue Flame Forms for Joomla, not sure it it can do what you want, but have a look at it, there are some special fields that will accept HTML, etc. Here is a link to JED http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/contacts-and-feedback/forms/5339

I use Chronoforms and it has a plugin option. I created an article with the Logo image at the top and then called the form portion into the Article.
    see http://www.tax-concepts.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=13&Itemid=133
I only put a single logo but I could have added more images at the top or bottom. Chronoform has a free option even though it's worth much more.

    Jason,

If none of these forms are working out for you, it might be the case that you need to do some customization of the template code.

You can create a template override for most of these extensions if you really do need the layout to match your design as closely as possible.

RSForm Pro can do almost anything I would think. I have been able to style that any number of ways just using their built in CSS features. I wouldn't think template overrides are necessary if you can work out the CSS well.

    Hi Robert,

I was mugging around with my "contact us" forms the whole day with various opinions you guys gave me, and it turned out that it's still the RSForm Pro the most versatile. Now my solution is the make the "contact us" page to be "Single article with the designed that I want; then I embed the RSForm in the plain article. That way I can re-use the form again and again even if I change the backbone design of the page.

Thanks very much for all your opinions.
